This project was intended to serve as an exterior streetscape type walking mall. Although the building masses are large, the architectural intent was to develop individualized storefronts reminiscent of a town square.
Omniplate™ 1500 panels were installed to create multiple panel depths that would create 3d texture of projecting bays of storefronts. The small quantities of different colored finishes were efficiently produced in aluminum plate where small batch runs do not require large minimums. The operable clock tower feature with pilasters in the open tower was an added item that augmented the desired look and feel of a town square.
